In June of 1825, fire took the home of Dr. Dudley Folsom. On the Fourth of July, the whole town gathered and raised it again in a single day. And when a servant was wrongly accused of setting the blaze, the doctor himself stood in her defense. Born of fire, raised by kindness. That is the inn and spa that serves as a sanctuary for you today.
