Named for Lucretia Folsom, the lady of the house, this queen room holds the same quiet grace she was known for.
Its emblem is the great blue heron — a creature of stillness and patience — and the room lives up to it: serene, light-filled, unhurried. Morning sun moves softly across the space, the kind of light you slow down for. A restful queen bed and a private ensuite with shower make it a true retreat.

It's only right that this is the room built for togetherness. A little more space to spread out, with a small eating area for slow breakfasts or late-night snacks, a king bed, and a trundle that tucks away by day and sleeps the little ones by night. Room enough for the whole crew — the family room in a house that was raised by a whole community.

A king bed in deep pine and parchment, warm lamplight, a proper reading chair, and a private ensuite bath. Named for Dr. Dudley Folsom, who rebuilt this house after the fire of 1825; ask at check-in and we'll tell you the rest.
